Free tool · Payer Risk Check

Who pays slow, who is getting slower, and how much is out there.

Load an invoice export or an A/R aging summary. Every customer gets an open balance by bucket; an invoice list with paid dates adds a tier and a trend. One page, a few seconds.

Runs in your browser. Your rows are never uploaded, stored or logged. Closing the tab is the delete.

How your data is handled

  • Your file is read inside this browser tab. Nothing in it is uploaded, stored or logged. Closing the tab is the delete.
  • We count the steps (tool opened, file read and its row count, columns matched, results shown) under a random id kept in this browser. No cookies, and never a value from your file.
  • The summary email is optional. It sends your email address, the tool’s name and these numbers only: rows used, customers, open A/R, open over 90 days, chronic payers, watch payers and average days to pay.
  • Check it yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, choose Network, and run the tool. The Privacy Policy has the rest.

What to bring

Best: an invoice list, one row per invoice, with customer, invoice date, amount, and paid date (plus due date and open balance if you have them). That gives payment speed and exposure.

Also works: an A/R aging summary, one row per customer with the current / 1–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ columns. Exposure only, no speed.

QuickBooks, Aspire, LMN, Jobber, ServiceTitan or a spreadsheet: an invoice or aging export, CSV or XLSX. If we miss a column, you pick it on the next step.
