Add-on · Lead replies, reviews and referrals

Every website lead gets a reply within the minute, while they're still deciding.

Built with you at setup: a short intake form on the website you already have, a text and an email to the lead within the minute, the lead scored against your own ideal client, and a review-and-referral ask to every client after the work is done.

Founder pricing for our first 3 clients: a lower rate locked for 12 months, in exchange for a monthly feedback call for the first three months and an anonymized write-up of the results. 3 of 3 seats left.

See what it looks like

A short walk-through, then what your customer sees and what lands in your inbox a minute later.

A short project inquiry form on a phone: name, mobile phone, e-mail, address, what you need and the best way to reach you.
The intake form, on your existing website.
A new-lead e-mail on a phone: a fit score with the reasons for it, what already went out to the lead, their details and their own words.
The new-lead e-mail: who it is, how good a fit, and what already went back to them.

Sample. Invented company, people and numbers.

What lands in your inbox

Built with you at setup, in your own accounts: your own texting number, your own website form, your own review link.

1

Intake form on your site

Embedded on your existing website, whatever it runs on. Short, because real prospects rarely give a budget and will not answer twenty questions.

2

Text and email back, within the minute

From your own number and your own address, in your name, with the next step. Sent from your own texting account, so the number and the consent stay yours.

3

Your ideal client profile

Built with you at setup, for your company only: service mix, job size, neighborhoods, property type, who decides. Every lead is scored against it and the fit goes to sales with the lead.

4

Review and referral wheel

After the jobs you choose, every client who has agreed to texts gets the same message: how did it go, with your Google review link. A low rating reaches you the same hour so you can fix it first. Everyone gets a referral ask, and a name that comes back goes to your team as a new lead.

5

Reviews on your site

A small block on your website showing your recent four- and five-star reviews, kept current by the wheel.

6

Google Business Profile tune-up

Categories, services, photos, hours and the review reply habit, done once and checked quarterly.

New: built fresh with you

First Minute is our newest build. We build the form, the reply, the scoring rules and the review ask with you at setup, and test the whole path with you before a real lead sees it.

You configure, we run

One short setup sheet:

  • · Form fields and where it sits on your site
  • · Text and email wording, in your voice
  • · Your ideal client profile
  • · Review link and referral wording

Who it fits

Any landscape company with a website and a phone, on any business software. Works on its own or alongside Full Book.

How it is priced

Trial

Thirty days free. It starts with an account signup, which includes your billing details; nothing is charged during the 30 days, and nothing at all if you cancel before they end. On one setup call you open the texting account in your company's name and we set up the form and the messages; we test the whole path with you before a real lead sees it.

Monthly

One flat monthly fee, month to month, no setup fee. It pays for the running, the checks and the updates, never for access to your platform or its data. The server sits in a cloud account in your name, billed to you directly, about the price of a lunch a month: you own it, we manage it, and your credentials stay yours to revoke.

Every month, for First Minute

  • Every lead text and every review ask goes out, and we check every send.
  • Profile and wording tuned as you see who is coming in.
  • Review block and Google profile checked quarterly.

If you leave

Month to month after the trial: cancel with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee; service runs to the end of your last paid month. The server and your data stay yours, and we remove our access. If you would rather keep the reports running yourselves, you can buy a permanent license to the code and its documentation.

Paying three, six or twelve months up front adds extras, up to two months free. See the pay-ahead options
